At our initial Interview we will discuss:
  • Fees
  • What On-Call means
  • Labor Support
  • Postpartum Support
  • Any questions you have about me, my experience or philosophies about birth.
(After you have hired me generous phone support is available for any other questions you might have about pregnancy and birth comfort measures)


If you decide you would like to have me at your birth
We will sign a contract this will include what you can expect from me and the decided upon fees in writing

I will provide the following:
  • On-call at 36 weeks until 2 weeks beyond your due date
  • Two Pre-Natal appointments to discuss Birth Ideals and Fears  and to practice positions and physical support techniques ( like foot massage!)
  • Assistance in Creating a Birth Plan
  • Consistent Emotional, Physical and Informational Support for you and your partner during the Birth
(I have a Birth Ball that you may use)
  • Assistance Immediately Postpartum for Breastfeeding or Contacting Family and Friends
  • When you and I both feel you are comfortable and Breastfeeding I will leave you to enjoy your newest family member.
  • Postpartum Appointment to process your birth experience
  • If necessary Link you to community resources for Postpartum Support

I am taking up to 3 births a month, if there is only one or two unavailable dates on a month I still have availablity for that month even if the unavailable date may be near your due date, these dates are estimated
and I personally mark the month you are due without a specific date because 39-43 weeks can be full term depending on the whats normal for each individual/
